Our mentors will work closely with the program director to ensure all goals and objectives are being carried out accordingly. Prepare and maintain or oversee the activity planning or personnel report and records for testing. Will train and develop new mentors that come aboard with the duties as assigned.Fundraising Initiatives – Our fundraising director will develop strategies and set goals that hit fundraising targets. Locate people to donate money or become sponsors. Increase membership numbers to meet our goals. Set strict budget incoming and outgoing money. Write proposals that could result in grants received or extra income for the center. Work as a liaison with the community to ensure fundraising activities are successful. Administrative Duties – The Executive Director will oversee all operations and administration of the center. In addition, oversees the functions that support the programs but do not relate directly to participants, and other senior managers are responsible for the programs themselves. Also, the Executive Director will be the face of the organization. Board of Directors The initial board of directors shall consist of: President – Shaum Turner Chairman – John Attinson Vice Chairman – Jada Anthony Committee Chairman – Terry Harrison Treasurer – Tiffany Kelsy Secretary - Olivia Gram The board of directors shall have the powers conferred upon not for profit corporations by the Nebraska Nonprofit Corporation Act, and all powers and duties necessary and appropriate to accomplish the purposes and administer the affairs of the corporation.
