1 tsp fresh ginger root, thinly sliced (or ½ tsp powdered ginger)1 tsp raspberry leaves3 cups water1 cup sparkling water1 lemon slice. Bring the herbs and plain water to a boil, then turn down the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and infuse an additional 10 minutes. Strain out the herbs. ................
