[Pages:2]National Summary Report: Descriptive Statistics of PRAXIS Examination Scores for the Speech-Language Pathology Specialty Test for Test Administration Years 2008-2009 through 2018-2019

The following tables present descriptive statistics on the PRAXIS speech-language pathology test for all exam participants (Table 1) and for those individuals who have earned a bachelor's degree plus additional credits, earned a master's degree, earned a master's degree plus additional credits, or earned a doctoral degree (Table 2) for test administration years 2008-2009 through 2018-2019 and who have identified ASHA as a score recipient.

ETS implemented a new scaled score range for the speech-language pathology exam in September 2014. The new scaled score range of 100-200 has a passing score of 162. The old score range was 250 to 990 with a passing score of 600. Data for the 2014-2015 test year are presented using the new score range.
