"Value Date" is defined relative to the "Instruction Date" for payments received before the respective cut-off times. The "Value Date" is the date the debit is valued for. The timing of payment received by your beneficiary is dependent on the intermediary and beneficiary banks.

2. Timely processing of your payment is dependent on:

? Availability of sufficient funds and/or credit facilities

? Receipt of clear, complete and correct payment instructions.

3. For requests to stop / amend payments:

? There is no assurance that these requests will be acted upon by the beneficiary bank once a payment has been released.

? Citibank may not be able to stop payments with forward value dates that are already processed.

Tertiary currencies may have minimum amount limitations of $25 and may be subject to specific regulations. In addition they may require special processing, which could delay delivery to the beneficiary as long as 7 - 10 days. Fund Transfers in these currencies cannot be sent outside their own country. Contact your Citi Representative for details. Payments volume in these currencies may be subject to review. 10 USD can also be remitted to the following countries: British Virgin Islands,

Cambodia, East Timor, Ecuador, El Salvador, Turks and Caicos Islands, The
