STAFF PAGEOnce you login, click on My Staff, you will see tabs with All Staff, Not Evaluated, Evaluations, and Action Plans. All Staff TAB You see a list of staff members at your school - the ones that report directly to you. This includes secretaries, custodians, maids, and cafeteria staff. BULK ACTION: You can add a Process or Processes to one employee or to multiple employees at one time.Not Evaluated TABThese are the staff members who have not been assigned a process. BULK ACTION: You can add a Process or Processes to one employee or to multiple employees at one time.Evaluation TAB The general default tab is Evaluations (orange). You should see the names of your staff who have been assigned an evaluation process. If the names are not in ABC order, click on Last Name – it puts in ABC order. If you want to see how many teachers are in a Process, click on Process and choose the Process. Remember you should click on Save Draft until you are completely finished with the form.Once you click on Save and Submit, it will go through the process of signatures and approvals. TO SEE THE STATUS OF ALL FORMS Go to EvaluationsSelect a teacherClick on ViewYou will see all the Go To Forms, Schedule, Assign, and Remove. You can also assign a task to anyone or any other form that you want. Just click on Assign. You can also get to the forms.REMINDERS:ONCE A TASK IS SAVED AND SUBMITTED, RHONDA LEE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN UNLOCK THE FORM. IN ORDER FOR TRANSFER OF DATA TO HAPPEN, THE SOURCE TASK MUST BE COMPLETED WITH THE CORRECT SIGNATURES/APPROVALS MY FOLDERTO SEE YOUR FOLDERClick on My Folder icon on the top of page.All the forms/tasks for you will appear. Once a form/task is complete, the task will appear under the History tab. All completed tasks will be under History and you can always view the completed task as well as print them out. FOR SCHOOLS WITH ASSISTANT PRINCIPALSIf you want to assign your assistant principal to be the evaluator of certain teachers, follow these directions:Click on all the teachers you want to assign to assistant principal. (a check mark will appear).At the bottom of the page, look for Bulk Action. Click on the down arrow key, and you will see:Delete Process(es)Mark Process(es) CompleteAssign EvaluatorRemove EvaluatorAssign Peer ReviewerRemove Peer Reviewer Click on Assign Evaluator.Click on Go Type in name Click on Assign Note: The teacher will still be assign to you as a direct person. REPORTS Several reports are available for your review. INCOMPLETE FORMS/TASK REPORTS On STAFF PAGE, click on REPORTS.Go to OTHER REPORTS.Select INCOMPLETE FORMS BY BUILDING (bottom left-hand side).Select a form –all forms will have SJP or SJP NEW before the form name Ex: SJP Teacher Job Description or SJP NEW Student Learning Targets (SLTs) Worksheet 1You can also print the report. ANALYSISOn STAFF PAGE, click on ANALYSIS.Click on Advanced, then fill in the following:Assigned Process (SJP Teacher Evaluation Process)Form* (Only forms in this process will be shown) Location Type (Leave as is)Location (Leave as is) Completed Between (make sure of your dates) You can click on the number and it will list all the teachers. REMINDERSALL PROCESSES WILL HAVE SJP NEW IN FRONT OF NAME TO INDICATE THE 2014-2015 SCHOOL YEAR. ALL ISSUES SHOULD BE EMAILED TO RHONDA LEE WITH TALENTED IN THE SUBJECT BOX.
