sacrificing quality or compromising the floor plans. Each home is available with two basic versions:

The Value Plan offers the lowest cost version of your selected home package. It gives you the

design you want at a price you can afford, while keeping you in control of your materials choices. No sub-standard products here. You can count on consistent high-quality lumber and building products throughout.

The Enhanced Plan adds your favorite amenities to suit your preferences. Choose any one

option or choose them all. This allows you to create the perfect home for your situation. The enhancements (shown on the floor plans in yellow) vary by model but typically will include:
