Direct DepositChecks are dated for the Friday following the end of the pay period and may not be cashed or deposited until that day. Checks will be provided via direct deposit into a checking or savings account or onto a prepaid debit card. Zumbro House will no longer issue paper checks. Required information to set this up includes the routing and account numbers of the account and the completed Direct Deposit Form found on the Zumbro House website (Employees Only/Payroll/Direct Deposit Form). This can be faxed to the office, attention Payroll.Only preprinted routing and account numbers will be accepted; no handwritten numbers will be processed. Options for providing this include a voided check, a preprinted direct deposit form from the bank, or information containing this information from your bank/debit card website.To access pay stubs, employees can go to myaccess.. Simply create an account, and all pay stubs will be listed. If you need a printed copy of any pay stubs, you can simply print from here.If you choose to have your pay check directly deposited onto a prepaid debit card, please review all potential fees before choosing a card. Some cards have one initial fee, some have monthly or yearly fees, some charge a fee to use an ATM, etc. Zumbro House will not be responsible for any incurred fees tied to these cards, or any other account. Please choose wisely and choose whatever card will meet your personal needs. These cards can be found at many retail stores, as well as online. If you do an online search for prepaid debit cards, many options are available. ................
