Preschool Tuition Contract, page 2

1. There is no discount, refund, or other allowance for absence, illness, vacation, holidays, school closures, or any other reason.

2. Parents/Guardians will be required to give one month's notice to terminate enrollment, submitted on the school Withdrawal Notice/Schedule Change Request Form. Parents/Guardians will pay tuition for the one month notice period, even if the child does not attend the school during that month.

3. School operational hours are Monday ? Friday from 7:15am to 4:45pm (with the exception of school holidays listed in the family handbook and other school closures). Families picking children up after the conclusion of their scheduled departure (3:30 pm regular schedule, 4:45 pm extended schedule) will be charged a late fee of $15 for each 15 minutes or fraction thereof they are late.

4. Tuition, waitlist fees, registration fees, late payment fees, late pick-up fees and all other fees are payable directly to the Good Earth Day School, LLC.

5. Tuition is due the first or second business day of each month. If tuition is not received by the close of the second business day of the month, a $10 fee will be assessed each day beginning on the third business day of the month until the account is current. Additionally, children cannot be received for care beginning the third business day of the month and until tuition is paid in full and the account is current. A family whose payment falls behind one week (five business days) will be asked to find other care for their child(ren).

6. A $30 fee will be assessed for all NSF checks or other forms of returned payments.

7. The Good Earth Day School LLC reserves the right to exclude any child from attendance, temporarily or permanently, under any circumstances deemed in the sole and exclusive discretion of the School, to be interfering with the health, safety or educational development of the child or any other child(ren) or whose conduct is unsatisfactory. The school further reserves the right to deny continued enrollment, or re-enrollment, to any student if the School reasonably concludes that the actions of a parent or guardian are inconsistent or in nonsupport of the educational environment or counterproductive to a positive working relationship between the School and that child's parents or guardians.

By signing below, each signatory declares to have read, understood, and come into agreement with the terms of this Preschool Tuition Contract. Furthermore, each Parent or Guardian signing below has received, reviewed, and agreed to policies and procedures of The Good Earth Day School Family Handbook.
