September Newsletter Tuesday -Thursday Class

Welcome to a new school year at Christ the King Preschool. Each month you will receive a newsletter describing what our themes are for the month, any special activities planned, or important dates you need to know. You will also get a calendar each month attached to the newsletter that will tell you the themes and what "share" (show and tell) will be for that week. Share will begin September 20th and will be every Thursday. The calendar and newsletter will also be posted above the cubbies. Newsletters and calendars can also be found on our website: Starting in October, parents will have the opportunity to volunteer in the classroom by signing up on the calendar posted in the classroom.

This month we will focus on our preschool community by getting to know each other and our circle of friends and beginning to recognize our names. We will learn that "God made Me" and we will end the month doing some fun activities with apples.

Sign-in sheets will be available every day for the children to get to know their names. Children can point to their names, trace the letters, or write the letters in their name; whatever they are comfortable doing.
