Hip and Knee Registry-This ongoing research involves patients who have an arthritic condition involving either the hips or knees. The questionnaire focuses on information surrounding the patients overall health and physical activities. The patients involved in this study complete an inquiry preoperatively, postoperatively and one year following their surgery.
