PRINTING YOUR LICENSE CERTIFICATE

To ensure that your license / registration prints on one page, please be sure to check the settings for page setup in your Internet Browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) BEFORE printing your license certificate. The examples below are for the two most commonly used Internet Browsers.

From Internet Explorer (IE):

From the IE menu, click on File, then Page Setup.

In the Page Setup screen, be sure that your Orientation is set to Portrait and that all margins are set to 0.5 or lower.

From Mozilla Firefox (Firefox):

From the Firefox menu, click on File, then Page Setup.

In the Page Setup screen (Format & Options tab), be sure that your Orientation is set to Portrait. In the Margins & Header/Footer tab, be sure that all margins are set to 0.5 or lower.

The Internet Browser page setup is the most important setting to check to ensure the best possible outcome for printing your license certificate. Keep in mind that there may be other settings, such as headers and footers and individual printer settings, that you may want to modify in order to ensure that your license certificate fits on one page. The Department regrets that we cannot support individual printers that may be used by licensees, and therefore, we cannot solve problems that may be encountered with printing license certificates.
