AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS SIGN UP SHEET

After Care is offered to all Elementary students Monday through Friday from 3:30 to 5:00. Students must sign in at 3:30 on the Quad. No need for prior enrollment.

Please circle your child's selections of clubs for the following week and turn in to their teacher by Thursday of each week. Students are placed on a first

come first served basis, 10 students per session. We will do our best to rotate groups for any waiting lists.

All club members start in After Care on the Quad for attendance (at 3:30) and sign in with After Care Staff. *****IMPORTANT----PARENTS must SIGN OUT students who attend clubs (or After Care) with After Care Staff before leaving.

Tuesday-Homework Club ? 3:30 to 4:00 (in the student's Classroom)

Math Club ? Grades 2-6 3:30 to 4:30 (in the ACES Room) Art Club ? PK-K 2:35 to 3:15 *Grades 1-5 3:30 to 4:15 (Art Room) Woodshop ? Grades 1?5 3:30 to 4:30 (in the Woodshop)

Wednesday-Homework Club ? 3:30 to 4:00 (in the student's Classroom)

Chess Club ? Beginners 3:00 to 3:30, Intermediate 3:30 to 4:30 (Room TBD)

Cost is $25 per month beginning March 7. Sign-ups are in the Front Office.
