The printable ID card is: Convenient: Print ID cards at any time - 24/7 access through participants'LIN portal Simple: Easily print ID cards on-demand to replace lost or damaged ID cards Fast: Print ID cards immediately at any time your ID card is needed, but not readily available.

Whether a card is misplaced, damaged or simply not available, you can access and print your ID card(s) as often as you want from any location through this new online feature. This allows you to print extra copies for spouses and dependents as needed. This self-service feature can be used at any time and as many times as you need.

To print member ID cards: Visit Click on Members Enter your Member Number Log-in with your NCAS User Name and Password Click on the Custom tab Select Health Ticket You will be directed to the Health Ticket page, there you will need to log-in with your Member Number (9 digits), Last Name and Zip code Once logged-in, click Print ID card
