Dancing Skeleton - Teacher Resources Galore

Aim: to make a dancing skeleton.

You will need: a dancing skeleton pattern, split pins, scissors, hole puncher, glue

What to do:

1. Cut out the skull and the jaw bone.

2. Glue the jawbone to the bottom of the skull at both sides.

3. Cut out the neck and glue it to the bottom of the skull.

4. Cut out the backbone and glue it to the neck.

5. Cut out the ribs and shoulder blades and glue them to the neck.

6. Cut out the upper and lower right arm and the right hand.

7. Attach them together using a split pin.

8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 with the left arm and hand.

9. Cut out the pelvis and glue it to the base of the

backbone.

10. Cut out the upper right leg, the lower right leg and the right foot and join them together using spilt pins.

11. Repeat step 10 with the left leg and foot.

12. Attach the right leg to the ride hand side of the pelvis using a split pin.

13. Attach the left leg to the left hand side of the pelvis using a split pin.

14. Punch a hole at the top of the skull. Ask an adult to tie up you skeleton.

Have we achieved our aim?: Yes if you have a delightful dancing skeleton.

10. Cut out the upper right leg, the lower right leg and the right foot and join them together using spilt pins.

11. Repeat step 10 with the left leg and foot.

12. Attach the right leg to the ride hand side of the pelvis using a split pin.

13. Attach the left leg to the left hand side of the pelvis using a split pin.

14. Punch a hole at the top of the skull. Ask an adult to tie up you skeleton.
