Carry out formative and summative performance reviews of designated staff, including review of job descriptions.Negotiate annual performance objectives, including professional development and research output objectives with staff that are consistent with programme requirements, research targets and appraisals of teaching/courses.Meet regularly with teaching team members to discuss activities, plans, progress toward objectives.Assist in the orientation, mentorship and probation procedures for new staff.Negotiate own performance objectives, professional development and research targets, as may be appropriate with Head of School.AdministrationAssist programme coordinators prepare and/or ensure accuracy of programme annual reports.Prepare reports to programme advisory committees, external monitors, Academic Board, and other reports from time to time, as may be munication and Team BuildingFacilitate the development of a team whose practices are consistent with the programme, Faculty and EIT philosophies, objectives, policies and procedures.Meet regularly with the Head of School to discuss objectives, activities, achievements and issues.Attend the relevant Programme Cluster Committees, Faculty, “All Staff” and other meetings as required;
