THE COURT, having heard and considered the Petition for Probate of Lost Will, Letters Testamentary, & Nonintervention Powers; the Declaration re Circumstances Surrounding Lost Will & Lack of Revocation; and the Declaration re Authenticity of Copy of Will presented by Petitioner Your Name;

FINDS:

1. Decedent died testate on January 1, 2003, was then a resident of King County, Washington, and left property in this state subject to probate.

2. Decedent's estate is solvent.

3. Notice of this hearing is required and was lawfully given to, or waived by, all those entitled to it. No person entitled to Notice appeared at the hearing and objected to the admission of the lost Will to probate or to the grant of Letters Testamentary or Nonintervention Powers.

4. Decedent signed his/her Will on December 31, 1999 while adult and competent and according to the other requirements of Washington law.

5. The original of Decedent's Will has been lost under circumstances not having the effect of revoking the Will.

6. The document attached to Petitioner's Petition for Probate of Lost Will, Letters Testamentary, & Nonintervention Powers, a copy of which document is attached to this Order, is a true and correct copy of Decedent's Will.

7. In his/her Will, Decedent named Petitioner to act as his/her Personal Representative, and to do so without Bond and with Nonintervention Powers. Petitioner is willing and qualified to so act. No Bond is required, and Nonintervention Powers may be granted.

AND ORDERS:

A. The testimony of the witnesses to Decedent's Will, reduced to writing and signed by them, is accepted and certified as the testimony in support of Decedent's Will.

B. Decedent's lost Will is the last Will of Decedent and is admitted to probate.

C. The terms and provisions of Decedent's Will are as set forth in the attachment to this Order.

D. Petitioner Your Name is appointed as Personal Representative of Decedent’s estate (technically, Executor of Decedent's Will), to serve without Bond and with Nonintervention Powers.

E. The Clerk of the Court shall promptly record this Order as Wills are required to be recorded and issue Letters Testamentary to Petitioner Your Name upon the filing of his/her sworn Oath of Personal Representative.
