Process Analyst? Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYSupport manufacturing processes by analyzing and resolving production issues and communicating changes necessary for fit, form and function, quality and productivity objectives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSRead and interpret customer documentation, specifications, prints and bills of materials in order to change or modify manufacturing processes resulting in repeatable quality workmanship and products that meet the most current IPC standards Communicate with technical writers required changes for manufacturing documentation such as production router tickets, work orders and reports to determine materials requirements and additional assembly instructions Support any production needs for the manufacturing areas regarding machine programming and working directly with operators to ensure correct placement of parts, materials and software needsRequired to participate in and/or lead new product introduction meetings in order to correctly identify and work through any production challenges regarding new product launch and then monitor each step of the prototype run to insure manufacturability, quality and productivity goals are met Complete all necessary production reporting and documentation requirements Continuous improvement across all processesPOSITION QUALIFICATIONSAbility to work required overtime to support manufacturing needs and requests from our customers Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
