Sani-Matic Job DescriptionTitle: Digital Content MarketerDept: SalesReports To: Sr. Product Manager Status: ExemptPosition Summary:This position is ideal for an inherently driven marketing professional interested in learning how Sani-Matic’s Business-to-Business (B2B) products play a very critical role in people’s everyday lives—and finds inspiration while working on creative ways to present that to our customers through the creation of digital content. The digital content marketer works closely with the marketing, sales, human resources, product management, and product development departments to understand and promote Sani-Matic’s culture, current and new products, and services through a variety of outlets – through the creation of innovative visual and text advertising methods. Content includes advertisements, videos, promotions, brochures, technical datasheets, manuals, blogs, and more. Outlets for promotion of this content includes Salesforce engage campaigns, webinars, social media, website, blogs, videos, trade publications, advertising, training events, events, and other marketing activities. Essential Functions:Marketing Customer Service. Internal and external customers are our brand ambassadors. Provide them both with outstanding customer service. Video. Be a leader with video content creation and editing to build product and branding video library. Innovate the way we use video with a variety of video types (e.g., Video Blogs).Engagement content. Lead the digital marketing side of creation of content emails to CRM contacts & new leads.Presentations. Manage creation of customer, partner, and internal presentations.Marketing Collateral. Champion the creation of content, design, production, maintenance, inventory/ordering, and distribution of all marketing and publicity materials (posters, conference programs, flyers, eBlasts, brochures, etc.).Website. Create content for the website as needed. Partnership support. Provide literature, images, and more to our sales channel outlets. Events. Assist with training event planning and execution through creation of content.Social Media. Help grow customer loyalty and build a strategic brand through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook. Tradeshows. When scheduled, organize national and regional tradeshow booth space, utilities, labor, shipping, lodging, customer dinners, after-hour events, etc. Future growth. Be ready and willing to pivot to new marketing technologies as they arise (e.g., VR, AR, etc.)Vendor Management. Outsource and manage content creation when needed with outside vendors.Project Management. Drive internal larger projcets (like an annual catalog update) with efficient and througho project management skills.OtherReport to work on time and work overtime as required and if required to travel for business: maintain a valid driver’s license with good driving record as defined by our Insurance Carrier.Follow Sani-Matic’s company plete all other duties as assigned by manager.Travel is required 5-15% of the time for this position, annually.Knowledge / Skills / Expertise:Passion, inspiration, positivity, and a desire to learn are required. Words matter. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. Digitally strong. Profficient with video shooting and editing as well as ad content creation.A minimum of three years’ work-related skills, knowledge, or experience in a similar marketing role is required. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field is preferred. Additional education and experience may be substituted for each other, as determined by Human Resources.Solid working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, and One Note. Adept at engaging social media skills using platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook. Familiarity with Pardot and Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software a plus. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, and Webinar software (GoToWebinar preferred).Environmental Conditions:Humidity-level may be elevated during summer months in the manufacturing areas.Exposure to certain contaminants, at times, if working in the manufacturing areas.Exposure to loud noise levels, at times.Physical Demands:While performing the duties of the job, the employee must be able to use a keyboard, calculator, and telephone. They are regularly required to stand or walk, sit, talk, hear, and use hands to finger, grasp, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift (up to 25lbs) and have the ability to adjust vision for close vision work.
