Event organisation, and advising corporate organisations at a basic level on how to use APM standardsDimensions and limits of authority (4)Queries and issues which cannot be resolved by the role and accepted questions to support the agreed paper-based examinationsData and statistics on question and question paper performance extracted from IT systems and collated as requiredData and statistics on trainer/AP performance extracted and collated as requiredProduct Manager, are advised of actual and potential shortfall in number/quality of questions, and of questions/paper needing to be retiredProduce master question papersProduce master question papers to the agreed specification for qualificationsAssist in the roll out of new assessment material and the withdrawl of existing assessment materialMaintain master spreadsheet of all questions used on question papers to ensure consistency in deliverySet up appropriate spreadsheets for each qualificationEnsure spreadsheet is maintained with accurate information about question use, inclusion and withdrawalMaintain as up-to-date, accurate and compliant, qualifications and standards documentation for all products within the Co-ordinator’s responsibilityAll documentation – syllabus, candidates, assessor and APM guidance, control documents, publicity material, self- assessments, and certificate design – is accurate, up-to-date, and in accordance with APM scheme/standards and regulatory requirements (including IPMA, SQA, Ofqual) Appropriate archive with audit trail maintainedAny requirements for change/update recommended to Product Manager, Contribute to the development, management and maintenance of APM Chief Examiner, question writer, marker, assessor and volunteer resource, and arrange appropriate input to necessary training information and communicationAssist as required in recruitment campaigns for APM assessment resourceProvide information on question bank maintenance to the APM’s assessment resource as requiredContribute to specific training activity in respect of technical matters relevant to post-holder’s job-roleArrange and co-ordinate meetings as requiredAccurately capture, maintain,
