Amerigroup has an over-the-counter (OTC) drug benefit in Kansas. All members in waiver groups are eligible. Members receiving Supplemental Security Income (SSI) may be eligible. If you are on SSI and want to know if you are eligible for this benefit, please call Member Services. You will be able to order the OTC products you need to stay healthy and have them delivered right to your doorstep. This catalog has information about the items you can order and instructions on how to get them.

Each month, Amerigroup will give you up to $10 to pay for the OTC products listed in the catalog. Your account will be managed online. To check your balance, simply log in to your account at ks.

Ordering the items you need to stay healthy is easy. Choose the item(s) you need most from the catalog and place your monthly order in one of two ways:

If your doctor recommends the item for a certain condition, you may order it. You do not need to get a written prescription or authorization.

When can I place an order? You will be able to place one order per month.

Do I need a special debit card or voucher to place an order?

No, your account will be managed online. To place an order, just log in to ks

using your user name and password. You can also order by calling 1-800-600-4441.

What happens if I do not use my $10 each month? If you don't use your $10 each month, any unused amounts will expire at the end of the month.

Can I use my benefit for other people? You may only use the OTC benefit to order items you will use yourself. You may not use this benefit to order items for your family or friends.

What if I want to order an OTC item that is not listed in this catalog? You may only use the OTC benefit to order items listed in this catalog.

Will items be added to or removed from the OTC benefit? On occasion, items will be added to or removed from the OTC benefit. Check for updates to the OTC catalog online by logging in to ks.

Can I order prescription drugs? The items included in the OTC benefit do not require a prescription. You may not use this benefit to order your prescription drugs.

How do I return items? Due to the personal nature of these items, we do not accept returns at this time.
