As Trans World Entertainment's Human Resources Project Leader, successfully integrated 90 stores and closed a corporate home office and distribution center without legal issues; also led human resources integration for subsequent 500-store merger.

Acquisition Project Management for a client including but not limited to Management Team Coaching; Change Communication Planning and Implementation; Union Avoidance; Recruitment Event Branding, Planning and Implementation; High-Volume Distribution Center Recruitment (Drivers, Pickers, Shippers); and related Compliance Quality Assurance resulting in no legal or union-organizing issues post-acquisition.

Project Leader implementing Trans World Entertainment's national pre-employment drug testing program in more than 1,000 stores and distribution centers to support improved candidate screening and company-wide loss prevention.

Successfully facilitated an inter-agency and vendor cross-functional team ensuring that JAWS (Job Access With Speech - a computer audio screen reader program for Microsoft Windows that allows blind and visually impaired users to read the screen with a text-to-speech software translator) users are able to conduct their work completely in the New York Statewide Financial System (SFS); as well as ensuring compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

As the SFS Program Communications Leader, recruited, led and worked collaboratively with a small team of fellow Stakeholder Communications subject-matter experts to develop and implement a successful multichannel (web, social media, email, print, webinar, in-person presentations, facilitated focus groups, etc.) Go-Live Communications Strategy and Plan supporting 80,000 end-users statewide.

Led / facilitated a team-building / business process re-engineering project to reduce cycle-time and cost on a $30 million GE Silicones physical plant expansion, receiving a GE Management Award for my work.

Project Leader for Boston Scientific / Navilyst implementing HR and Benefits Divestiture plan resulting in seamless HR services and no legal issues post-divestiture.

Project Leader implementing divested company's (Navilyst) new 401(k) plan in less than 2 months.

Project Leader on FDA Training Audit Readiness for Boston Scientific in Glens Falls, NY (in response to site FDA Warning Letter not involving Training Compliance) resulting in no findings or observations by third-party auditor.

Led process-improvement team to eliminate 2 days from Trans World Entertainment's distribution center inventory process, saving $30,000 annually.

Saved $272,000 by leading a GE Silicones HR team marketing effort to enroll 80% of the workforce in lowercost health-benefit option.

Implemented a SharePoint Communications request and approval process for the Statewide Financial System Program that ensured effective and timely communications distribution to 80,000 employee users.

Implemented a GPS system for AWESCO's truck fleet saving $75,000 annualized in labor, compliance and routing costs.

Remediated IT network and a failed 2007 distribution system upgrade for AWESCO, saving $15,000 annualized in dispatch and IT costs.

Developed and implemented successful collaborative business plan, including marketing plan, five-year sales projections, and competitive analysis, to obtain an unsecured Small Business Administration loan for The Best Framing Company ().
