Case In Point: Leumi Bank

Bank Leumi is one of the largest financial institutions in Israel. The bank has been a customer of Q-nomy since 2012, and adopted Salesforce in 2017. Immediately upon deploying Salesforce, the bank implemented its integration with Q-Flow.

Bank Leumi used the integrated solution as the primary IT infrastructure supporting its major branch transformation project. The project included the conversion of

most face-to-face interactions to either scheduled appointments or digital communications. Around 4,000 agents today use the integrated solution, including branch staff and call center agents. Q-Flow is being used for scheduling both in-person and phone appointments, as well as branch queue management.

The project resulted in major savings, most notably a reduction in the number of branches by more than 20%.
