As Project Manager you will be drive for all aspects of this ambitious initiative on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of the project to ensure the objectives are clearly defined and performance achieved to agreed time, cost and quality standards. This includes managing the relationship with the sub-contracted delivery partner, Compass Support, and ensuring that agreed outcomes are achieved and reported by the partner in line with requirements. 1. JOB DESCRIPTIONKey tasks and responsibilitiesDevelop, manage and lead the project to deliver all agreed outputs within time, cost and quality constraints. Build, implement and monitor the project plan, meeting key milestones, targets and reporting deadlines agreed with the funder, internally and delivery partners.Ensure project monitoring and reporting requirements by the funder and other stakeholders is achieved.Ensure delivery expectations and targets are clearly communicated to project ream team members with robust monitoring to ensure deliverables are achieved.Day-to-day management and leadership of project team members, to ensure the effective implementation of projects and services, working effectively with internal colleagues and external stakeholders as required.Develop and monitor a project risk register to ensure underperformance issues are swiftly identified and mitigation measures implemented.Work with the project board/steering group to ensure stakeholders are involved in the project.Manage project finances;
