IntroductionSocial media is the perfect tool for you to reach all types of audiences and give them a 360° look at your brand. Nowadays, most organizations adopt the use of different social media channels to get the attention of their customers by building strong relationships by form of interaction..This document covers the aim, target audience, strategies, resources and budget and evaluation of a labeling product known as “Brother” PT-2700 High-Performance Labeling System.Aim The aim of this social network plan is to spread a message in form of video, text, images, audio, widgets virally through the social web to gain attention , visibility and traffic in order to reach this aim some social media tools such as Facebook, Wordpress and YouTube would be used.Target AudienceBrother P-touch label printers are a fast and effective way to create adhesive-backed labels to help keep you organized at home, the office, business, or school. Brother P-touch label makers are designed to print quality, durable labels to fit any need and any budget. It's target audience seem to be small home offices that need an all in one label printer.The use of social media channels would accommodate a great amount of users of different sectors(Community, school, office) to be actively involved in the recognition of the product hereby creating an awareness of the product as well as increasing profit in the business. StrategyIn order to reach my target audience I outlined a number of strategies using different social media channels which would be discussed in the subsequent paragraphs.Facebook (Target: 3000 like)Having over 1 billion users worldwide. A page would be created for “Brother” PT-2700 High-Performance Labeling System to reach a very large audience creating awareness of the product hereby increasing profit for the company; the page would consist of a detailed description of the product as well as product images. Starting discussions and asking questions would facilitate interaction, comments from different people will also be replied to irrespective of the nature creating a form of transparency to the audience in order to gain their trust and commitment. I chose this social media site simply because of its wide range of users and ease of use.In order to improve the attention and participation of guests ,We held a label Competition in Facebook fan’s page. The winner will get bt2700 printer’s label consumables.YouTube (Target: 5000 view )A YouTube channel would also be created to upload videos advertisement for the product, YouTube being the 2nd largest search engine in the world with over 3 billion videos viewed per day. It allows you to advertise by simply signing up and making an account targets both local and global audiences for products all over the world. I chose this site to promote my commercial video advert hereby making its product gain fame as well as increasing sales for its company.A URL would be provided linking the audience to the main site to get more information about the lipstick brand.’ Calls to action’ such as Share on Facebook, Subscribe to our channel etc., will help the video go viral.Wordpress (Target: 5000 visit)This is a number one blogging website, which is an advantageous website to use to promote the product and engage with the audience. This website will be used to discuss and communicate with the audience. It will be used for questions and answers, for example if the audience has any queries or need more information about the product, then it would be a good way to reply them and connect and build the conversation with them. Also it will be used to ask their opinions about the new promotional advert or poster, where they can respond and help to make the promotional adverts even better. Advertising ,We chose at the bookstore to promote bt2700 (with Poster).Our target customer is often come in and out hereResources and BudgetFortunately, it costs little or no money using the various social media which was present in advertising my product as the social media which I chose are free. However it is not the same when subscribing for an advert, one has to pay a certain amount of fee depending on the duration and the social media channel. Therefore all small organizations which aim is to reach a wide audience and attract customers should not neglect the presence of social media. ................
