Clerks as Assistants on ad-hoc basis - Orders - Issued. .0.

The Upper Division Clerks mentioned in the Annexure to this Memorandum are promoted as Assistant purely on ad-hoc basis and posted in the Departments/ Offices noted against them, with immediate effect.

2. They will draw pay in the pay structure of PB-2, T.9300-34800 with Grade Pay 2.4200 plus usual allowances as admissible under rules.

3. Their ad-hoc services in the post of Assistant will be regularized as and when vacancies arise under promotion quota.

4. The officials are directed to report for duty on or before 04.03.2016, failing which it will be presumed that he/she has declined the promotion offered and he/she will not be considered for promotion for a period of one year or next DPC, whichever is later, from the date of issue of this order.
