Guidelines for Recognizing PECO in Promotional Materials

For more than 100 years PECO has been helping make the Philadelphia region a better place to live, work and play. We are one of the largest employers and most active corporate citizens in the area ? focusing our energy on helping our customers, our community and our environment.

Throughout the year, PECO supports and contributes to hundreds of local non-profit and community organizations. And, we are thankful when those organizations recognize our support in promotional materials including news releases, brochures and signage.

Following are guidelines to assist you in recognizing PECO.

When referring to PECO in news releases and other copy . . . ? Use PECO; please DO NOT refer to the company in any other way including PECO Energy, PECO Energy Company, etc.

When including PECO in a list of supporters . . . ? Please refer to the company as PECO

When honoring the work of our employees on your behalf . . . ? In a listing, please use Name, title; PECO. For example, Craig Adams, president and CEO, PECO ? In a news release or other written copy, please use Name, title of PECO ? depending on reference. For example, "Attending the event also was Craig Adams, president and CEO of PECO"

When using the PECO logo . . . ? Visit brand. to review our logo guidelines and download our logo in the format that works best for you ? Our preferred placement is in the bottom-right of any publication

When mentioning PECO on Twitter ... ? Refer to PECO as @PECOConnect, using our official Twitter handle to tag us (PECOConnect)

When mentioning us on Facebook ... ? Refer to PECO as PECO, linking to our Facebook page by typing "@PECO" and selecting the company from the list of choices that appear (PECOConnect)
