CitiDirect BE - Quick Reference Guide

1. From the CitiDirect BE Homepage Screen,

navigate to ¡°Payments¡± and click on ¡°Payment

Insights¡± from the Insights subfolder

2. To retrieve details of funds debited from the

account, select the ¡°Debit¡± option Select your

date range and click ¡°Search¡±

3. If you w ish to send ¡°Proof of Payment¡± to

the beneficiary, click the checkbox to the left of

the transaction and click on the Proof of

Payment button from the bottom of the

Transaction Table

4. If you w ish to send the Proof of Payment to

yourself in a secure e-mail, do so by clicking

Send, or dow nload the letter directly on to your

system

Please note that MTLS enabled clients w ill still

receive a secured e-mail
