OverviewWeekly Leasing Report (WLR) is due to Regional Manager by noon every Monday or next business day if Monday is holiday. This report gives Regional and Upper Management an overview of how the property is performing as well as occupancy trends. This report is property specific and will be given to you by your Regional Manager to complete weekly. Why?Where is delinquency? Are there concerns for the month?Are work orders being completed timely and being closed out?Did leasing week have a positive or negative impact on Rent Roll?Is your team effectively working renewals?Is there an exposure issue for a particular unit; Do you have an issue with vacant apartments? 30 day to 60 day exposure?Is your pricing higher or lower than last week?Is the team closing on traffic?Are there issues with traffic? Where is your occupancy going? Do you need to change specials?Things to Remember:Change the date on top of the detail tabDO NOT OVERRIDE ANY FORMULAS; ONLY FILL IN AREAS THAT ARE GREENMake sure your occupancy number on Summary Tab matches Yardi and your 60 Day Trend TabMake sure the date on your 60 Day Trend and Lease Expiration Tabs match ................
