AGREEMENT This Agreement entered into this 1st day of July, 2005 through June 30, 2006 and July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2009 by and between the Paterson School District, hereinafter called the "District", and the Paterson Principals' Association, hereinafter called the "Association".

WITNESSETH In consideration of the following mutual covenants, it is hereby agreed as follows:

ARTICLE I RECOGNITION The District hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive and sole representative for collective negotiations concerning grievances and terms and conditions of employment for Principals whether under contract, on leave, employed or to be employed by the District.
