This series of 5 lessons explores conflict and its resolution; emphasis is current/past methods for resolving conflicts and learning to evaluate the effectiveness and/or ineffectiveness of the methods. An underlying premise is: win-win conflict resolution skills can be learned. As with other lessons, these may be modified for use as single lessons. ................
