1. Rebate for independent foodservice operators in the U.S. only. Rebates coupons are for specific locations and will not be processed for agents or other representatives of operators. 2. Minimum and maximum rebate value is exactly $50. To receive rebate, operators must make qualifying purchases to meet or exceed $50 in rebate value. 3. To qualify, operator must purchase a minimum of one case of Hellmann's? or Best Foods? Mayonnaise, then a combination of products to total $50 in rebate value savings, based on each product's rebate value. 4. Only full case purchases apply -- no eaches, units or broken purchases. 5. Qualifying purchases may include: Hellmann's?/Best Foods? case purchases totalling > $50 Rebate Value. Or at least one case of Hellmann's?/Best Foods?, in addition to other brands, totalling > $50 Rebate Value. 6. Offer is good only for the item numbers listed on this coupon.
