eggs. This will prevent other birds from pecking and breaking the eggs.

Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes

1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree

? cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

? cup evaporated milk

? cup flour

? tsp salt

? tsp baking soda

? tsp baking powder

2 tsp pumpkin spice

Whipped cream

Preheat the oven to 350 F.. Grease 12 cup cupcake

pan. In a bowl stir together flour, pumpkin spice, salt,

baking powder and baking soda. Mix pumpkin puree

with sugar, eggs, vanilla & evaporated milk Add dry

ingredients to mixture and mix until combined well.

Fill cups one-third full. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool

in the pan for 20 minutes; remove and cool completely.

Store them in the fridge. Top with whipped cream and

dusted with cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice on before

serving.

Pecan Squares

2 c. flour

2/3 c. powdered sugar

3/4 c. butter, softened

1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar

1/2 c. honey

2/3 c. butter

3 T. whipping cream

3 1/2 c/ coarsely chopped pecans

Sift together flour and powdered sugar. Cut in softened

butter using a pastry blender or fork just until mixture

resembles coarse meal. Pat mixture on bottom and 1

1/2 inches up sides of a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch

baking dish. Bake at 350¡ã for 20 minutes or until edges

are lightly browned. Cool. Bring brown sugar, honey,

butter, and whipping cream to a boil in a saucepan over

medium-high heat. Stir in pecans, and pour hot filling

into prepared crust. Bake at 350¡ã for 25 to 30 minutes

or until golden and bubbly. Cool completely.

2 c. of granulated sugar

4 oz. of red cinnamon candies

Juice of three oranges

Juice of one lemon

20 oz. of pineapple juice

2 qts cranberry juice

1 1/2 quarts of water

In a 6 qt saucepan, boil the lemon juice, orange juice,

sugar, cinnamon candies and water. Stir and boil until

the cinnamon candies are dissolved. Add the pineapple

juice and cranberry juice and cook over medium heat

and stir until the punch gets thoroughly heated. Serve

hot.
