What is LarrainVial Research? LarrainVial Research is a platform where you can quickly and easily access reports with recommendations issued by our Research Department.
Who can sign up? The LarrainVial Research site is an exclusive service for Institutional Clients of LarrainVial Capital.
What is the composition of the Research Department? The team of analysts in the LarrainVial Research Department is composed of 1 economist, 9 equity analysts, 4 corporate credit analysts, and the PartnerDirector of Research.
What certifications do LarrainVial Research Department analysts have? This team is authorized to fulfill their functions according to the ACIV norms (Accreditation of Knowledge for Securities Intermediation). This certification is a requirement set by the SVS (Securities and Insurance Commission), as set forth in NCG (General Norm) N. 295, in accordance with Law N. 18045, art. 26 and 27.
What does the Research Department cover?* The economies of Chile, Peru, and Colombia are covered. The Equity team covers 36 Chilean companies, 11 Peruvian, and 8 Colombian. The analysts of Corporate Credit cover 25 Chilean companies, 26 Peruvian, and 12 Colombian. The reports published by email channels are loaded daily onto this platform.
What norm are reports classified under? Reports are classified according to the Industry Classification Benchmark. The ICB is an industry classification taxonomy launched by Dow Jones and FTSE in 2005.
How are reports cataloged? Reports have a determined tag structure that allows you to access and find reports more quickly through a search bar. This structure is: Industry+Supersector+Sector+Company+Ticker/issue
