Introduction
Online Procurement System is a secure system that allows suppliers to register in the Suppliers' Register through the GAC website to participate in various tenders, bidding and get the updated information related to them such as purchase orders, delivery information, billing status, payment status; also, it enables them to exchange information and documents with the GAC Procurement Department with ease.
Purpose
The Prospective Supplier Registration Guidance Document will enable the new suppliers to obtain the necessary understanding of the registration process. Moreover, will see the registration processes step by step.

Accessing to the System
To access into the registration system visit the General Authority of Customs website through the following, address .qa Then click on the E-Procurement link- As shown below:

Select suitable option as per your business and enter the certificate expiration Date, then go to the Products and Services tab
