Administration Team Job Description ? Construction Quality Control Manager

? Job Title ? Construction Quality Control Manager

As Quality Control Manager you will work with project teams to ensure that all work fully complies with contract drawings, specifications and submittals. The ideal manager can identify quality control problems and subsequently recommend, initiate and establish solutions.

Prerequisites:

?

Possess OSHA 30 card or better.

?

Possess CQM Certificate (only valid if less than 5 years old).

Job Description:

?

Hold preparatory meetings for each definable feature of work.

?

Verify that all work in place is in accordance with the plans, specs, and submittals.

?

Ensure the safety of all workers on our jobsite, as well as any other people that may be nearby.

?

Hold weekly toolbox talks.

?

Walk the job to perform safety inspections.

?

Fill out safety forms, QC reports, and any other jobsite paperwork that may be required.

?

Assist the Superintendent and Project Manager with other various project duties as necessary
