Position Summary

Plan and manage all aspects of industrial engineering activities including but not limited to leading subordinate staff in achieving below goals to enhance factory performance; Lean System, Kaizen, GSD.

Position Reports To: Factory Manager

Internal Contacts: Work with other department e.g., Planning and Merchandising, Production, Mechanic, Training, Technical, Quality, Cutting, Finishing and Human Resources team and Sewing Line Operator.

Duties and Responsibilities (KPI)

|Monitor efficiency report. Investigate and discuss abnormal high and low efficiency. Check ways to improve. |

|Everyday check randomly production line 6s and safety. Discuss with IE Supervisor on how to improve. |

|Check weekly schedule. Ensure to manage and monitor things needed before set up (machine, work instruction etc.) are all |

|ready. |

|Check initial work instruction / operations breakdown with SMV's before release to production. |

|Finalize work instructions and SMV's |

|Monitor SQDC's. All must be updated and all details posted are accurate. |

| |

|TRAININGS AND REFRESHER COURSES |

|Make plan for refresher course of Lean System, Kaizen and GSD standard processes / standard bundle handlings at least twice|

|a year (old line) thrice a year (new line). |

| |

|Train / support IE Supervisor / Line IES that will conduct training. Ensure each and everyone understands every detail of |

|the training. |

| |

|Conduct internal training of GSD / refresher course to IE Team at least once a year |

| |

|CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT |

|Support continuous improvement. Target at least 1 improvement per IE Supervisor (Any improvement including systems, visual|

|management and processes) |

|Continuously search processes / systems / machineries that can improve production line in terms of cost and productivity. |

Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

▪ Managed three (3) Sewing line with 135 operator, 1:45.

▪ Plan, direct and supervise the activities of subordinate Sewing Line Supervisors engaged in Manufacturing, Planning and Industrial Engineering processes.

▪ Oversee the Sewing line Manufacturing, Quality Control, Production Scheduling and Material Control

▪ Work with Technical and GSD team to train and develop the Sewing line operator based on standard method.

▪ Work with Production IE in the preparation of the Sewing Line Operation Breakdown, Machinery allocation, Manpower requirements, Designs floor layout as situation demands for it and help monitor low performing operator through production studies to help improve efficiency and productivity.

▪ Inspect work in progress for conformance with quality control and ensure that the given Sewing Line target output, efficiency are being achieved right first time.

▪ Ensure the proper use and operation of equipment and material in the manufacturing process

▪ Exercise independence and initiatives in the performance of responsibilities

▪ Provides general administrative direction to ensure conformance with company policies and procedures

▪ Multi-task as and when required on basis of organizational and management need.
