INTRODUCTION

FORM? is a collection of standard prefabricated products that can

be configured and combined to create a unique look and space.

Use this Form? Design Guide to mix and match the different

headwall, footwall, sinkwall and sidewall options to achieve the

aesthetic and clinical goals of your project.

Products in the Form? Collection are comprised of removable 3D

laminated panels mounted to heavy-gauge steel frames, which are

secured to the wall partition. Form? headwalls, footwalls, sinkwalls

and sidewalls can include medical services such as medical

gasses, electrical outlets, lighting, low-voltage devices, and other

clinical resources.

The Form? Collection features upper and

lower cabinets, wardrobe modules, integrated ADA countertops,

stainless steel sinks, water faucets, recessed horizontal channels,

built-in cord management, art glass for footwalls, sinkwalls and

sidewalls, and integrated lighting options.

HEADWALL STANDARD UNITS

Choose a low-medium or high acuity headwall and then configure the services to best match your

clinical requirements. Maximum length of headwall is 10 feet.
