The Biometric Screening Scheduler is finally open.

If you participated in the biometric screening last year, you should already have a username and password. Just go to . If you forgot your username or password, please just click the forgot username or password link on the web page.

You have the option on this site to register for any onsite event, at any Quest Patient Service Center, or to download the Physician Results Form. If you can't

find your event, please type in the zip code of your campus and note that there is more than one page of events.

Even if you plan on using the physician results form, you must register on this site and download the form.

If you are new to this site, click on Sign Up Now. You will need the registration key, which is Alief. Instructions for new users are included.

New Users Only: Attached is information from Quest Diagnostics about scheduling your

biometric wellness screening if you are a new user. Please print out the attached document when you go to register. All instructions and information is included here and will take you step by step through the registration process.

This is an important event for all Alief Aetna members, and must be completed yearly in order

to receive your wellness premium discount. Alief ISD has teamed up with Quest Diagnostics? Blueprint for Wellness? to offer Alief Aetna members a free and confidential wellness screening

on all campus sites. As in previous years, the screening will include height, weight, blood pressure, and a blood draw to check total cholesterol, HDL and LDL cholesterol, glucose, diabetes, and triglycerides.

With changes to health care laws, it is becoming increasingly important for all employees to participate in these wellness screenings. This is only a requirement if you wish to receive the monthly premium discount. If you choose not to participate, you will still have access to the same great plans and other wellness opportunities.
