Members generally pay a lot more money out of pocket when they have testing done at out-of-network labs.

To help save money, it's best to use in-network labs. Below are some of the preferred labs.

We've expanded our network of high-quality BRCA providers offering testing for members. For services we cover in our Clinical Policy Bulletin #0227 (CPB), all BRCA testing must be precertified.
