Kaiser Permanente laboratories and Quest Diagnostics Inc. (Quest) provide all outpatient laboratory services for members in the KPMAS Service Area.

Outpatient laboratory services performed at a participating hospital, (for time-sensitive and urgent situations) must be pre-authorized.
