QuickBooks Online Free, Basic & Plus

QuickBooks Online Free and Basic are for small businesses that have outgrown pen-and-paper or spreadsheet-based accounting and need a simple and affordable way to send invoices and manage “money in” and “money out.” For companies that are growing, QuickBooks Online Plus offers advanced features such as automatic billing and time tracking, as well as the ability to share information with employees in multiple locations.

Manage payroll and track employee time

□ Calculate payroll. Payroll for QuickBooks Online allows business owners to arrange for salaries to flow to payroll, calculate earnings, deductions and withholdings as well as print paychecks and pay stubs. Or use the optional Direct Deposit feature at no additional cost.

□ Manage payroll taxes. With Payroll for QuickBooks Online, users receive reminders when tax deposits and other liability payments are due. QuickBooks Online Payroll also gives users the ability to print signature-ready federal forms such as 940 and 941 and helps make federal, state and local tax deposits. The program calculates the amounts and generates reminders when to pay taxes via user-selected, in-product or email notifications.
