Welcome to the Camber Workplace Anti-Racism Action Agenda Progress Report! The purpose of this critical document is to ensure success through access to this

tailored guidance to support you in your next steps towards your DEI goals. It gives you a way to track your organization¡¯s growth along the journey of workplace DEI

and to provide a single place to reference Camber resources. Each of the 10 steps is accompanied by the correlating Camber resource link. As you begin to take action

toward an anti-racist workplace, you can also monitor the evolution of your organization over time. This report will inspire you to take action and is simple to complete.

2: Familiarize yourself with the DEI Maturity Journey levels (on the bottom of the next two pages) and note that at each step, you may be at a di?erent level.

3: Review the 10 steps with your organization¡¯s DEI Committee and/or Senior Leadership.

4: Making your best assessment with the information you have, indicate where your organization currently lives on the DEI Maturity Journey for each step.

5: Continue to update and optimize your organization¡¯s report over time.

Be sure to complete your progress report before your next Camber Partner quarterly check-in meeting so we can review your progress with you throughout the year. We¡¯ll

provide guidance on how to work towards the next level in workplace DEI growth and change towards an anti-racist workplace.
