? An officer retired from the level of Under

Secretary or above working in Central / State

Govt. / PSU / Autonomous body / similar

organizations with experience in

implementation of Raj Bhasha Policy.

? Graduate in any Hindi or English, Good

communications skills both written and verbal

and should have experience of Translation

from Hindi to English and vice versa.

? Should have at least 15 years' experience of

working in Central / State Govt. / PSU /

Autonomous Body / similar organizations.

? Age : - Maximum 65 years

? The remuneration maximum of Rs. 60,000 /-

per month.

2. Senior Consultant ( HR)

? Degree from a recognized University/Institute ? Retired officers from Central/ State/

Government/ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies at the level equivalent to Deputy Secretary or above. ? 20 Years' experience in Administration/ Establishment/ Human Resource / Personnel Management / Cadre Management and Restructuring of posts. ? Age : - Maximum 65 years

? The remuneration maximum of Rs. 1,00,000 /- per month.
