Overview of the project
Briefly describe the task, the relevance of your industrial partner, the role that you will be able to fulfill and the way that this will enhance your learning.
Instead of a singular project, over the course of the summer and first semester I have lined up various work placements. I plan to do some remote work with Syd Lawrence at The Bot Platform thanks to Steve Cross. I also had a placement lined up with The Design Lab in Basingstoke thanks to Sam Barker after talks with Kevin Davis, (explain what design lab is). Both of these agencies were looking for a React Developer and where I have a good proficiency with the framework these opportunities would allow me to not only improve my knowledge and experience in my desired specialism but be able to fulfil the needs of the agency. The last agency I hope to work with is 3-Sided Cube in Bournemouth. They specialize in mainly producing apps using React Native, Swift or Java. Ideally, I would like to split placements at The Design Lab and 3-Sided Cube into two 6-week blocks throughout the semester. This has room to change depending on the projects I do with them.

Project Outcome
This will include:- Learning and gaining invaluable agency experience across 3 different companies with different focuses and work styles.
Project Portfolio
This will contain:- Any work completed and project final outcomes completed while with each company and details about how they were carried out.
Process Report: My opinions on working with the companies, which I preferred, what I liked and disliked whether their working styles suited mine. How the projects went and how I would do them different if I were to do them again. Details about how I managed my time and communicated with the team I was working in.
