On September 8th, 2019 the physicist Dr. Michio Kaku said at the UFO conference in Barcelona, Spain “The burden of proof was on the believers. Now things have shifted. The burden of proof is on the government, that these were not intelligent beings from outer space”. I wonder if this is true. ................
