The Olene Walker Housing Loan Fund Board will hold a Quarterly Board Meeting on July 18, 2019, 9:00 am 1385 South State Street, conference room 147 - SLC UT. The Board will make decisions on 20 projects: Cairn Point, 426 Apts., 255 South State I, 255 South State II, Sandstone Apts., Broadway-Heritage Village, Capitol Homes, Independence Lane, Arcadia II, Red Rock at Sienna Hills, Parkway Group Home, Carl Inoway Senior, Central Station, Multi-Ethnic Senior, The Hub of Opportunity I, TCHA Five-Plex, Orem Group Home, UBAC-Country Village, UBAC-Unity Place, UBAC-Vernal New Duplex, one write off located at 145 S 18900 W Duchesne UT 84021, and the approval of the financial 2020 budget.
