? In person: Fill out the application form on the reverse and return it to the Calgary Drop-In Centre Security Office, located on the 1st floor, at 1 Dermot Baldwin Way SE, T2G 0P8, or fax it back to 403-234-0677.

I applied. What's next?

Please, be patient. You may be waiting for several months before you are called to receive your desktop, or more than a year for a laptop. This program is very popular and provides hundreds of computers a year to low-income Calgarians. Unfortunately, demand continues to be greater than supply.

I received a call. What do I do?

During the call, a volunteer will arrange a date and time for you to pick-up your new computer from our Donation Centre:

DONATION CENTRE: 3640 11a Street NE

What kind of computers does CLIC provide?

? A refurbished Windows 10 Pro desktop with a monitor, keyboard & mouse OR

? A refurbished Windows 10 Pro laptop and power adapter

Note: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the battery life of donated laptops, nor can we provide support or warranty for CLIC computers.

What do I need to bring with me when I pick-up the computer?

? Proof of income ? A piece of valid government photo ID ? Transportation (car, taxi, etc.). It is not easy to take a

desktop on public transit.

Proof of low income includes: cheque stubs from EI or Alberta Works; an Alberta Works card; Proof of AISH; last year's notice of assessment; or six recent pay stubs.

**There is no warranty or support provided**
