You will lead a team accountable for the successful engagement and delivery of procurement services.The role of HoSD is to support the delivery of the firms organisation’s Procurement Policies, Procedures and Strategy. To take responsibility for customer engagement and business development strategies Maintain a broad relationship with key stakeholders through collaborative interaction.Lead the strategic account management of key customersWork with our regional teams to raise the profile of 2buy2, increase engagement and build relationship within the regions, of our key clients Provide operational support and service delivery oversight and quality assurance for major projectsKey responsibilities:Contribute to the execution of the organisation’sfirms Strategic Procurement Plan.Responsible for day-to-day high-quality client services to customers and clients, and responding to queries in a timely and efficient mannerBuild relationships with assigned stakeholders and client organisations firms and representatives – make yourself known as the escalation point, both internally and externally, and contribute to the dialogue across the breadth of the organisation’sfirms capabilities.Collaborate and engage with Clients, Stakeholders and Category Teams to execute the organisation’sfirms new business development strategy; ensuring alignment of financial targets.Diligent maintenance of the firms organisation’s CRM system to provide effective communication and transparency of activity.Working closely with colleagues to ensure delivery of high-quality services to support revenue targets.Senior management engagement to drive strategic goals with internal and external stakeholders.Assist in the provision of key leadership ideas around 2buy2’s KPIs and initiatives, and the communication of business updates.Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the firmsorganiation’s products and services. Key Skills: Public sector experience is beneficial but not essential.Strong knowledge of business development and procurement strategies.Proven ability to lead Supplier Relationship ManagementExcellent commercial awareness, business acumen, analytical and numerate skillsAbility to network and communicate effectively and form a relationship of trust with stakeholders and internal partnersExcellent organiszational and project management skills with a proven ability to prioritisze effectivelyGood listening skills, inquisitive working style with a solution focused mentality.A results-orientated self-starter who can quickly analyse consultant needs and focus on partnership and deliveryProactive team player with a demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environmentProfessional qualifications – MCIPS, PRINCE II is desirable.
