Mandatory controls for this hazard are contained in the Thermally Processed Low- Acid Foods Packaged in Hermetically Sealed Containers regulation (hereinafter referred to as the LACF Regulation, 21 CFR 113) and the Acidified Foods regulation (21 CFR 114). Such controls may be, but are not required to be, included in HACCP plans for these products. ................
