Setting up Mainstreet



Once your RE/MAX profile has been submitted by your office, you should receive an email from ecare@. This email will include a link asking you to create your Mainstreet account. Follow these simple steps to create your account. - Click the link and enter information - Select your preferred email address - Click submit to save your changes

Now that your account has been created, be sure to enhance your profile. The profile information on Mainstreet displays on as well as the RE/MAX referral roster. Make sure you upload your photo as well as contact information, social media profiles, designations, and any other details

- Click "Your Account" - Click "Update your Agent Profile here - Fill in all applicable fields and upload your photo. - Once completed, check the box accepting the terms and conditions, then click Submit to save your changes. * Please note that text and photo updates usually appear online 2-3 business days after submission. Once changes have been submitted, you will not have access to your profile until they have been approved.

Setting up Design Center



To access your Design Center account, click on the "My Designs" QuickLink.

- Click "Profile" - Click "Update your Agent Profile here - Fill in all applicable fields and upload your photo. - Once completed, click "Save" to submit your changes.

Your profile information will populate all new designs you create in Design Center.

Setting up LeadStreet

or Regional Website

To access your LeadStreet account, click on the "My Leads" QuickLink.

If this is your first login to LeadStreet, follow the steps in the Welcome Wizard.

If you have logged in previously, you should see the LeadStreet home page. This page will keep you up-to-date on what's happening in your region. Setting up LeadStreet

If you have logged in previously, or skipped through the Welcome Wizard-- follow the steps below to set up your profile. The profile information in LeadStreet appears on the Regional, Office, and your Agent Website.

Step 1--Verify Your Contact Information Go to "Agent Name" > Settings Email Address--All leads and notifica-

tions will be delivered to your primary email address. Phone Display--This phone number will appear on your website and email signature

Step 2--Enter your MLS ID If you are unsure of your ID and have at least one active listing , click on "Lookup ID" to determine the MLS ID.

Setting up LeadStreet

Step 3--Enter Your Zip Codes Go to "Leads" > Settings All leads are distributed based on zip code You have 15 zip codes that you can enter. If you only service 5 zip codes, enter in each zip code 3 times each and you will get 3 more leads in those zip codes then another agent. Click on "Market Area Zip Code Report" to see which zip codes in your area generate the most leads

Step 4--Set up Instant Acceptance Go to "Leads" > Acceptance If you would like to be notified of new leads by text message, enter in your phone number and syntax code in the box below. To find your code, click on Email Format List.

Setting up Your Mobile App

To check your profile and share your branded App, go to: Georgia Agents --remax-ga. Kentucky Agents--remax-ky. Tennessee Agents--remax-tn. Ohio Agents--remax-oh. Use your LeadStreet credentials to login. This is the first part of your email address and LeadStreet password.

Select "My Contact Info" to verify your phone numbers. Also select your phone number for outgoing text messages.
